Png Bee Hin

Bee Hin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LDR Technology Pte Ltd. It is a Singapore-based, award-winning technology platform provider that creates location-based experiential apps and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for the education, training, hospitality and healthcare sectors in the Asia Pacific region for more than 12 years. Prior to being the CEO of LDR, Bee Hin held senior appointments in the Ministry of Defence, Singapore Armed Forces and ST Electronics. Previous appointments include Commander 7th SIB; Commander OCS; Director MINDEF Shared Service Centre; and Vice President, Managed Services in ST Electronics.

An educator at heart, Bee Hin pioneered location-based experiential learning in Singapore and successfully built an award-winning location-based authoring platform using a combinition of GPS, bluetooth, image recognition and technological and advance pedagogical concepts to transform outdoor learning, and fosters stronger interpersonal bonding.

Bee Hin firmly believes that for deep and sustainable change to take place in any society, individuals who are hungry for change should simply be equipped with the necessary knowledge, framework and tools to bring about the desired change.


Wilson Tan

Wilson is a lawyer and director at Forte Law LLC. As a dispute resolution practitioner, he advises on civil and contractual issues, family law and probate matters and serves as a defense counsel in criminal matters.

Apart from his commitments as a lawyer, Wilson now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CAforGood on a pro-bono basis, with a vision to expand CAforGood’s reach and to serve full-time as needed.

In addition, he is also a Vice President of the Boys’ Brigade in Singapore, a uniformed youth organisation and a charity registered as an Institution of Public Character (IPC), and a member of the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee of Dover Park Hospice.

Wilson graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1997. He also holds a Master of Arts (Inter-Cultural Studies) from Alliance Theological Seminary.

He has been married to Suzanne for 19 years and has a 6-year-old daughter.


Melvyn Mak

Melvyn is the Co-Founder of Actxplorer, a travel-based social enterprise that aims to fight poverty by creating an inclusive and sustainable environment for local communities. He is also a Director of NCE Pte Ltd, a social enterprise and a Board Member of the New Charis Mission.

A man who is passionate about transforming lives and vulnerable communities in scalable, sustainable ways, he heads TBN Asia as Chairman, with a mission to fight poverty through enterprise, and to help these social enterprises in Southeast Asia to achieve their impact goals. He also serves as a Lay Pastor in a local church.

Melvyn is married for 40 years and has 3 lovely grown up daughters.
